Grouting Additives and Information-Based Construction of Jet Grouting in the Water-Rich Sand Stratum

The dynamic action of groundwater in the water-rich sand stratum carries away injected cement slurry before it becomes solidified, which seriously affects determination diameter and strength column. Grouting additives information-based construction are two main actions to control quality jet grouting construction. This study introduced a solution stratum. First, high-polymer grout (HPCG), red mud phosphogypsum (RPCG) metakaolin (MKCG) were screened with series laboratory tests on solidification time permeability; moreover, mix proportion fluids was developed order adapt for strata. Secondly, conducted quantity real-time monitoring drill rotational velocity, lifting speed injection pressure equipped system double fluid systems. Lastly, validity verified via test pile situ, material drilling core samples permeability SEM observation. results indicate that high polymer is preferred additive because can be controlled range 10 min 20 min; reach 10−7, being A:B = 2:1, additive:water > 1:3, water-cement ratio 0.8. specifications velocity r/min, 0.2 m/min, an MPa 40 L/min.
